Terms of Use

1) These Plans cannot be used for Commercial purposes
2) Will have to consult with an expert/Engineer before starting construction works
3) As per Kerala Municipal Building Rules or prevailing laws in your area, the prior
sanction has to obtained from Local Bodies before start any construction at site.
4) The costs are approximate and varies with place and time.
5) Some of the plans are Vaastu Compliant. Please consult with your Vaastu advisor
before finalizing the plan to suit the plot size and orientation.
6) To print a plan, save the image of the plan by 'right clicking' the mouse and
selecting 'save image as'.
