  • Graduated in Civil Engineering from Kerala University in 1989 and took PG Diplama in Computer & Management later
  • Studied Vaastu for the past 8 years and took authentic courses in Feng Shui & Bau Biology
  • Wrote 3 books in Malayalam (out of them one was published by DC Books)
  • Several articles and photo features were published in the local periodicals
  • Given TV Interviews in Asianet, Soorya, Jeevan & Kairali, Amrutha TV channels
  • Involved directly or indirectly in the construction of about 2000 Residential Houses in Kerala
  • Constructed more than 1.50 Crore Square foot in my professional life
  • Have given radio talks in Dubai and question answer sessions in Kochi FM station
  • Conducted one International Seminar in Dubai
  • Presented technical papers in other 3 International Seminars
  • Presented papers in sevaral National Seminars on Low cost Housing, Bau Biology, Vaastu and Building Construction
  • Professional Memberships like Approved Valuer, Chartered Engineer, Kerala State 'A' class Licenced Engineer etc.
